I was going through some old records from back in the day in Parliament, and it's definitely worth a read. So, while it was clear that they were aware of the issue, it also seemed like no one had fully tackled the problem yet. It’s fascinating, isn’t it, how something as simple as a neon sign could get tied up in Parliament back then?
