I've been seriously working on losing weight for aproximatelly 2 1/2 months and lots of people have asked me what I'm doing to be so profitable. I reply, "The 3 W's for weight loss!" Obviously they don't know what the 3 W's of losing weight are so I quickly tell them, Water, "Walking, and Weight Watchers." I know this is not a formula which will fit every person though it sure is working for me!
