WoW Upgrades - The Item Upgrader

Upgrades can give you boost in specific statistics. Each upgrade item boosts the level of the item by +3. A random extra substat is also increased with each upgrade.

The upgraded gear is usually more valuable, item level Upgrade unless the item has a low requirement by nature (like FB sorc shields) or has a high variance in stats (like the eth Titan weapons). The latter see less value from upgrading due to the requirement to roll for a perfect version.

Recycle Points

The item upgrader lets players upgrade their gear by giving the currency to an NPC. Upgrades can be applied on any kind of armor or weapons. However, the item that is used for the upgrade will remain in use for a long time and can't be used again. Upgrades can be applied to enchantments.

You can upgrade your equipment at any time by visiting the upgrader in any major city. To keep your gear current, it is recommended that you visit the upgrader every few weeks.

The cost of upgrading will be based on the current item level of the item upgrade being upgraded however, they will always be less expensive than purchasing new equipment from other sources. Upgrades such as upgrading a Benthic chest to 385 ilvl will cost you 20 recycle points. If you purchase a similar item, it will cost you 105.

Valorstones

Upgrades are items that can be used to level up weapons, tools, armor, and other items. They can be purchased by players through NPCs who sell upgrades to item owners for a variety of currencies. They can also find them in random treasure lists. Once purchased, an upgrade can be applied to any weapon, tool or armor. button, which displays an image of the item at its next upgrade level in the event that the player has enough materials.

Upgrade costs differ based on the slot of the item upgrader mod and the current item level. For instance, weapons will cost more than bracers, or gloves.
